Wayne is coming over this afternoon. My mom and his mom are best friends and we are too, well most of the time, sometimes we get into fights over something silly the other person says or does. My mom told me that his mum – Mrs. Rain, had an appointment so we would get to hand out together. About a year ago it would be considered a playdate, but we’re too old for that now. We get together to hang out. Mom said she would take us to this mall shopping center nearby; there were some things she needed to ‘pick up’. I hate shopping but it’s one of mom’s most favorite things to do, she’ll find any excuse under the sun to go. My Dad’s most favorite thing is Golf. He has had a weekend job on a nearby Golf course for who knows how many years. He started out when he was a teenager as one of those guys’s who run after the balls and carry people’s clubs. Gradually over the years he has made his way up the ladder and is now a personal golf trainer, he has many clients who will only train with him. This brings in a nice little bit of extra cash to help support Mom’s spending sprees.
